SE 255 are good cam's. Along with the heavy breather. It will bring your #'s up to a respectable area.

Chris, dont waste your money on a dyno just yet. Just download a map for a configuration similar to yours and run the bike. Unless the map is AFU, you wont kill the bike. Wait until you have made significant changes to the motor before you dyno.

When you do dyno, leave the bike in your normal riding setup. You'll be happier in the long run. No need to run 5w20 synthetics in the motor or trans, or loosening the axle nut a half turn, or loosening the drive belt a smidgeon just to raise the numbers. You want real world numbers, not fantasyland.

I wish I could have went on the ride you made with the Nomads a couple of weeks ago so I could have a better idea of how you ride. At least then I can make a better decision as to what cam you really need. I will say this, unless all you plan on doing is screaming up Ortega to Hells Kitchen and back, lets put the 555 on a back burner.

Larry- i was wondering where you were hiding that day.

I think i want more of a low to mid range cam to be honest more than half of my riding is backroads and the other is highway. I normally ride the speed limit not really into the hot shot take offs or going over 85 (rarely) if im rushing on the highway...i need something to pull my big *** and my wifes butt up hills when she rides with me...

I wanta play

So you are setting a 96 inch with a pipe and A/C at 72-74 HP

How about a question as to an 06 SB

88 to 95 Inch conversion
10.25 to 1 SE Pistons
Fueling Reaper 575 lift cams
Roller race lifters
Ported, polished flow tested heads with 1.90 intake and 1.63 exhaust
SE High Flow A/C
Stock head pipes, empty Rush slip ons with Big City Thunder baffles in the head pipes
SE Super Tuner set to the break in program until I get 1000 miles in it and take it back to be dyno'ed

What is your estimate of HP and TQ

Karsten

A 1.80 exhaust valve? That seems kinda large.
