I am thinking about putting white walls on my 2010 Street Bob....I would like to put a wider rear tire on than the stocker it has now....

Any suggestions for a good quality tire that would serve me well?

Metzeler make ww tires to fit your bike. Do a web search for a size, price, and dealer.

 

According to the many people interested in WW tires for their Street Bobs on this site, there are no WW tires that fit our 17" wheel. You can drop down to a 16" wheel and get the Avon WW tire, but it's only a 160 tire.

I saw a Forty-Eight at a dealership this past weekend with nice looking WWs....and I got visibly upset. I know life's not fair...but all I want is a 180 rear WW to fit my stocker wheel for my Bob (and of course the matching front too). Is that too much to ask?

Something tells me we'll never get it either.

And I'm aware they can be painted....but that's too much work and it really ends up looking bad.

 

No white wall for the 17" incher...it's taken me a lot of time and a 12 step program to come to grips with this. In time you will too.
