Looks like it came that way from the factoy, perfect. I agree , with the fairing off that headlight looks huge. But like you said looks so good with it on, it may not come off. Great job man.

Every time I go back to the OPs post, it looks better and better. I think we're so used to seein' our dynas with the small light, it takes a little getting used to. It looks great with the fairing (who makes that?) but I see what JRK is saying about tucking it in a couple inches, to bad you can't do that. Maybe powder coating the light housing gloss black would look better? I don't know, it looks good to me so maybe I'm just nit picking.

Looks good with fairing. Light does look large without fairing. But it fills the hole better than most that I have seen posted. I think Joe's idea was to move the light back some since the fairing was moved back. That mite help take care of some of the large look. We need to see some more pics taken outdoors.

My 9" headlight looks like it came off a steam locomotive without the fairing; really disproportionate,
but with the fairing it really looks friggin' perfect.. Yours is the same.
