I don'i care for either one. Guess that's why they have so many different models. I've got a Street Bob that's now more of a Tour Bob. It's right for me.

It's a tough call, I would ride them both for as long as possible before deciding.

I test rode a night train (my dream bike since it came out) and a 2010 wide glide, it was any easy decision then. I opt'd for the wide glide.

Definitely do a test ride or two before riding. You can even rent one for a day and it's a small price compared to resale losses. I'm partial to the Wide Glide, but those are very different bikes from a ride and performance standpoint. If you want to do a lot of customization down the road, engine work, etc., you'll probably find a lot more info for a Dyna rather than a Night Rod. But with the Night Rod you wouldn't need to do any of that anyway.
