Looking at getting one of these Harley LED tail lamps. Any one have one of these and if so please give your opinion and experience. I prefer the HD as I believe they are better quality and have to meet a higher standard than the other LED tail lamps out there. If you have another brand lamp please give your opinion on it.

 

I just put the tri bar LED on my Fat Bob. Only have a few miles with it so far but it looks good and is pretty bright.

 

I like mine. It is brighter than the stock one. And it was pretty easy to install.

 

Really wish they did a low profile version...trying to get away from the "red rocket" on the back of my fender.

 

Had one installed after an accident. Lady munched my rear fender and tailight on my 4 day old 2010 FXDC. Much brighter than stock, but I'm not sure if it's as bright as the BAL (Bright *** Lights). Then again the HD does cost less. So far I'm happy with mine.

I bought low profile smoked ebay one from OZG... It was cheap and beter than the factory one.... Can't say it is any better than the HD or Kurakyn one... But for less than $50... I am happy!

i got one of these. i love it. got rid of my sigs on the fender. my buddies say its bright in daytime as well. and the sigs are easily distinguishable... i get compliments all the time with it.

 

I have the same one. About 2 months the right mounting eyelet cracked (one of the one that holds the taillight in place). Harley replaced it free. Two months after the second one was installed it also cracked at the right mounting screw. For the money you pay for that tail light assembly, it should be better quality than this. The light output is really good though. I'm still running it with the cracked eyelet. Left one has been fine. Been mounted for about a year now.
