What kind of sound impact would i get if i remove the packing on my quiet baffles,these are attached to Straightshots I am looking for a deeper sound , not looking for louder as these pipes are loud enough for my liking

Try it and see. The worst that can happen is you repack them if you don't like the sound. I had them on my straightshots and when I pulled them maybe half of the packing was worn away. Sorry, but since it happened over some time, I couldn't tell the difference.
