As much as I would usually lean towards using a local shop, I would say send a message to Joe Knapp. AKA "JRK5892" here on the forum. he's out of your state but is the resident "Powder Pro." And his skills are amazing.
Andrews not a bad price. $95 per wheel. The problem is everyone wants 2 hours labor for each wheel to remove, disassemble, and reinstall. At $75-80 per hour that is over $500. Now I will definately wait until my tires need replaced. Thanks for the input everyone.
