That and he created an air-gap by leaving the shields on (smart), I think his headers will be fine doing it that way, at least a lot longer than a pipe without shields that are wrapped.

One more question. Can this wrap be cut? Do the cut edges fray or will they bue okay? If you do cut the wrap do you have to do anything to the edges?

I may order the 50' roll that's why I'm inquiring. Just not sure how much I'll need for the TH.

It will fray no matter what but I would advise getting a 50ft roll. I used all but 4 inches of two 15ft rolls
