the pipes sound really good loud and deep!! i cant wait until i get a pc III on this sucker

it runs good i can feel it pulling more on the throttle but its probably running lean but i should have a pc3 in a couple weeks. nest on my list are a fastback seat and andrew 37 cams

when you get the cams it will really wake that pipe up man..

Chris,

That looks absolulty bad ***. I saw that dei titanium wrap prob a year ago and really thought about wrapping up mine. This may push me over the edge.

Did you end up wrapping over the heat shields? If so what's the thought process behind doing that??

i had my stock pipes wrapped once... but unfortunately the wrap fell apart and came right off. i used the harley SE wrap... perhaps i did something wrong? i would LOVE to re-wrap my pipes because i love the look not to mention i dont have to worry about leaving boot marks all over my exhaust. guidance anyone?

There's a ton info in the dyna forum on wrapping exhaust. You find info on how to soak it ect. A good tip I learned in this thread is to wrap back to front. Try a search and you'll be reading til new years. My biggest concern - which I've never really found the answer to - is does wrapping damage the pipe.

lol WOW! why didnt i think of that. i must not be getting enough sleep haha. and that IS a good question... i wonder if it does

Once you wrap it, You always have to wrap it. The finish will be ruined.

So what? It's still a cool thing. But it's good knowing the answer ahead of time. Not like you will be running the same pipe style forever.
