im changing the baffle because it came with a big bore baffle for 107" engine.
my engine is stock 96"...i wouldnt have enough back pressure..

I was wondering on the wrap. I might have missed it but where did you get it? Looks awesome. I also wonder what bad things it can do to your pipes as stated above.

hey bud have you tried running a wire though it and using a slide hammer? that is how i typiclaly have to get baffles out of pipes

joe- i have thought about the slide hammer idea but i think im gonna bolt the can to something and then weld the outlet closed and take a pipe thru the inlet and beat the **** out of it to get it out. i just dont want to damage the can....i could care less about the old baffle
