the one side used all 15ft of the wrap
Try one of the two below, WD-40 is pretty much useless as a penetrating oil.

PB blaster a good choice. I have been told by others including the indie I have used that cycle shack makes the best power on his dyno. What has been your impresion?

PB us good, but I like the Kroil better.

I have to ask, why did you not stick with the BB Baffle?

I agree about the pain involved with removing a D & D baffle.
I used a socket that barely fit in the end of the inlet of the pipe, put an extention on it and beat like never before. Only to put the same baffle back in. I like the glass wrap they come with and was expecting something different before removing the baffle.

True what he said about Cycleshacks giving good power, but I bet you'll get more ponies with the Fatcat. Wonderful pipe!

Man, this looks great! I can't wait to see the finished product. I'm really wanting to wrap my ThunderHeaders but I just read horror stories on the destruction it does to the pipes.....so dont know...???

Did you try heat on the outside and dropping a few ice cubes down the baffel? Be careful not to light the house on fire by burning the PB blaster and WD 40.

well after two days of soaking the baffle in pb blaster and wd 40 i still cant get it out....hopefully sunday i can get to my buddies house to weld shut the end of the baffle and beat it out from the inlet side...i cant believe how much of a pain this is...

anyways i received the new standard baffle from D&D so here it is waiting to be installed...
