OK, probably a dumb question but I'm new here so go easy on me. I have a 2005 Super Glide with a Wide Glide front end (19" wheel, stock fender with spacers). Is the increased rake on a Super Glide due to the frame or the fork? Thanks!

If you added a WG front end you added some rake, depending on what year WG it is from will determine just how much.

Thanks for the info. So the SG and WG (same model year) share the same frame?

Not in 05, my understanding is the Low Rider and WG frame are the same, with some rake in the neck. The WG added even more in the trees. I don't have my parts manual handy to verify as I am traveling.

OK, you can verify on this site:
http://partsfinder.onlinemicrofiche....m_oem/hdmc.asp

The Low Rider and WG have 32 degrees in the neck, the SG has 28 degrees in the neck.

OK, I just found the final answer.
The 05 and earlier WG frames had 32 degrees in the neck, the 06 later have 34 degrees in the neck, with 2 degrees in the trees, so 05 has a total of 34 and 06 and newer has 36 degrees.
