Default Traded the Nightster for a 2011 Fat Bob

Denim color and has 214 miles. Part of the deal was they threw in the Wide Glide rear fender and parts. I bought a side mount license frame. I tore it apart lastnight, I put on the Wide Glide Rear Fender, Strut covers. I cut the rear fender down, shaped it and painted it in my shop with Home Depot Priemum Flat Black spray can paint (what the heck out 8 bucks for 2 cans if have to take it down and get it painted for $200) the color matches the denim color 99.9% everyone who has seen it says it looks the same. I still don't have rear blinkers or tailights that work. I am not sure if I need the badlands module or the harley module (which is on sale for 50.00)? I need some guidance on this.....

Oh and it was a real hard decision to trade up to the Fat Bob cause my Nightster was just "my style after a few years" and I was really afraid I would loose that with the cookie cutter FB....I went for it and am glad to say I am really glad I did, I am working on the mods in the shop to make it my own style.....plus now the wife has more room)!

congrtas denim anything is a good pick. street bobs are cool and with the california club 1/4 windshield it looks badass. and some major straight risers and broom stick bars.

Did something similar myself. Traded in my 2009 Iron for a 2008 fat bob and did the Wideglide Fender and painted it Matte Black/Ghosted Flames.

I used the HD Stop, Turn module.

Congrats jeff and wile! Another Sportster owner here but mine got wrecked rather than traded. Picked up a new 2011 Wide Glide. Definately a nice bike and just perfect for post-Sportie riding.

Its been a while I went through a couple different Ideas, I like the most current version. I want to cut down the rear fender to make it hug the tire more....eventually!I raised the tank 2 inches, I hate the turn signals and will be moving them eventually...where not sure? My wife loves the WG sissy bar and pad (thanks to ClanBear)the rest is just my interpetation of HOOLIGAN
