Stabilizer adjustment

Stabilizer adjustment
I'm readiing in the manual about adjusting the rear alignment and then adjusting the engine top stabilizer (or which I would want to do anyhow since I just installed a new front motor mount).
My questions are about the described use of an inclinometer.
Where is the best place to buy one of these without paying an arm and leg. I surmise they are magnetic and stick to the brake disk ?
Also I surmise the angle read would depend on the level of the floor you have your bike lifted up on. More important I would surmise would be an "equal" reading of the inclinometer on both front and back ?

Not the finest measurement device available but almost disposable.
You'll probably have to pay more for shipping than the gadget itself.
Maybe you live close enough to an HF store to pick one up.
Edit: Yes on the angle of the floor, need to adjust zero off that and whatever you happen to have the bike lifted with.

I checked mine and they already are within 1 degree.
Does anybody set theirs to the exact match, or I guess more pertinant do you think I should bother setting it for 1 degree ?
