Shortshots and Passenger Feet

Street Bob, shortshots. Not sure how far they go back, but anyone have a problem with a passengers feet so close to the exhaust?

no problems as far as clearance. maybe a little noisier than most for the passenger due to the shortness. check out my album to see them.
oh and i have a 2010 street bob
