Default 11" or 10.5" Shocks?

I'm taking the stock shocks off my 05 FXDXI Sport to put some lowering shocks on it. Which lenght shock would be better? I weight about 190 and the wife is lucky to break 100. I want it low but not rubbing all the time.

I have the same question. Only mine is for a FatBob. Wife has her own ride now, so 2up will be less than 15% of the time, unless it is my daughter and she only weighs 60 pounds soaken wet. So, either Burly 10.5" or Progressive 412 11"??

I have the 11" progressive 412"s on mine 07 SB. It has the stock 160 rear tire no other mods were needed.

I've got 11" Progressive 430's and like the look and feel, except that I scrape in turns, dips, speed bumps, driveways (at 155 lbs solo). I also had the rear fender cut above the belt guard because it was making contact.
I used to have 412's, but couldn't adjust them with the wrench because of the saddlebags (430's adjust by hand, and are a smoother ride)...
