For comfort and long trips 2 up, I have a Saddleman Explorer, sits about the same as a stock seat... For style and short solo trips a LePera BareBones,, a little farther back and lower than stock

Price is about $500 from Mustang they also have the same seat with no studs or conchos for about $25 less

I have had this same model seat on two different WGs, a 2003 and the current 2008 and love it. I am not sure if it sets me back any further than the stock seat but it does sit me a a bit lower and the over all geometry does make it more comfortable with long legs, I am 6'7". It did seem to push me back an inch or so from the bars which I need. Drivers back support is much improved over the stock seat

As far as comfort I do not think it can be beat. My longest day in the saddle is just shy of 800 miles solo and have done many 300-500 mile days solo and 2 up. My wife feels so good about the Mustang that when I purchased the 08 WG as soon as I bought it home she said order the Mustang seat today. Obviously from the picture this is a wider seat and if you are looking for that slim look this is not the seat for you. However if you you are looking for all day comfort for solo or 2 Up riding I don't think you can beat this seat. It is also available in a single with or without driver backrest

Here are a few pics, the first is with the 08 stock seat the other 2 with the Mustang. The last pic also differs from the first two as it was after the addition of the Kuryakyn 3" extension on the forward controls which is also a huge advantage for tall riders
