Here is my a pic of my Vance & Hines Pro pipe,it has the standard baffle and sounds loud but not as harsh as the short shots it replaced so I'm happy.
When I fitted it I went for a spin before re-tuning the fuelpak and the difference in performance was very noticeable with much more mid-range go,I have since done the re-tune and there wasn't a great deal of difference.It pops a lot on decel.

If you want to eliminate the pop during the decel, you can add 10% to the VE tables between 1500rpm and 4000rpm in the column 0% tps.
The AutoTune don't reach this area.
If you have pop at the begening of decel, you must decrease the table Deceleration Enleanment (Fuel part).
You can start with -10%. For me it's OK with -20%.
With these two tunes you can remove the pop for all exhausts.
But these settings must be done after the AutoTune run.
