Im sure this has been posted many times but just looking for a quick response from a couple people.

I have a '10 Street Bob and am looking to paint the lower legs and T-trees. What is the best way to do this? i am new to bikes just crossed the 1k barrier, so is this something a beginner should fiddle with or should i pay someone to do it.

Another popular option is to powder coat.

 

Here's for the sliders. It's the same process for the trees, but haven't seen anyone do it yet. Make sure you cover everything including cars in the driveway you don't want over spray on. I had my fender on the top shelf 20 ft away and still got some on it. If you have question's feel free to ask. Also the original thread is in my post below.
