Those are usually breather bolts that are hollow and replace the tubing. The ones in the video just look like chrome hex bolts, but it's hard to tell.

 

Nah, those are breather bolts.....alot of the breather/backing plates have a setup like that. Like was said theyre hollowed out and breath into passage ways machined into the plate that dump it back into throttle body

 

I have them and ran my vents outside.

 

Bolts that came with my wimmer setup (yet to be re installed) were hollow like breather bolts but with a hex head.
