That shudder might just be from the drilled rotors in the front. Like another member said, try using more back brake.

Unless there's another problem out there then this rattle and clunking from the front end is down to the fall-away not being set right, probably due to the locking nut not being torqued correctly from the factory.

My FatBob was doing this and I followed the FSM to adjust the fall-away and then torqued the nut to the correct setting and all the problems magically disappeared.

It is very likely that your front rotors are not true. I have a 09 Fatbob and experienced the same problem. The dealer changed both front rotors and the problem is gone. Food for thought.... Good luck.

put on a damper...I run a damper and super brace with 15w fork oil, proressive shocks, and drilled dampers... LOVE it, handles like a sport bike... sounds like you have other issues if you get a vibration
