I had a custom tack shop named Akers Ranch make me up a one of a kind set. I just have to be different. They are $300 a set, but I had to make my own brackets and backing support.

I bought the leather covered hard bags. I LOVE the utility and function, but a little disappointed at the look. They will only be on the bike when I travel. I'll leave them off for around town. Not really excited about the rear view. Needs to be tighter from rear.

have the HD synthetic leather ones' They work and didn't cost an arm and leg. Trying to figure out how to make them detachable along with the passenger back rest.

I use the HD leather bags 79300-06D. See attachments. I am actually trading in my bike for a street glide. PM me if you are interested in these.

How much did they cost ya?

You can use Edge Brackets part# GB-HD-DNA06DBK-106 to make them detachable with your QD backrest.

They list for $410. I got for about $325-350 when I bought the bike.
