Option A... make one: https://www.hdforums.com/forum/dyna-...ar-fender.html

OR

Option B... buy the 2010 Wide Glide rear fender: https://www.hdforums.com/forum/dyna-...a-fat-bob.html
https://www.hdforums.com/forum/dyna-...nd-fender.html

Haveing done option A, I highly recomend option B.

Not to mention that unless you own, work at or have access to a body shop, Option A will probly end up costing you as much as, if not more then option B.

Struts are part of the frame, hold fender in place, chrome cover goes over them,
Just chopped yours, Sears dremmel, steady hand, about 10 cutting disk will do

The mounting holes on the frame struts, for the fender, are the same dimensions on both the 2010/11 Wide Glide and the 2008-2011 Fat Bob.
The WG fender will bolt directly onto the FB.

If you mean the 2010 WG fender AND if you're referring to the strut COVERS, then... no, it (?) does not.
The strut covers will not interchange... see again the parts list in the above referenced post:
59459-10 Left Fender Support, Black - aka strut cover
59461-10 Right Fender Support, Black - aka strut cover

Rocket bob has a few cool 1 piece fenders, but it may be smaller than what you're looking for..... http://www.rocketbobs.biz/index.html
