changed my bars out and the headlight will not come on unless the clutch is pulled in ...any sugestions?/ thanks

 

Here is my take.......... 1st; not sure yr you got but I believe most new Harleys have a clutch lockout switch and you may have to look at your wire work again.

looks like pulling in the clutch is completing the circuit to turn lights on...... check wires.

clutch lockout switch colors are blk...blk/red.........info from my hd book
lights hi/low colors are yellow.....blue.........info from my hd book

Sounds like you trapped a wire when swapping out the bars. Take the controls off again and look for bare or crushed wires.

 

Thats what I was thinking also.
