When I get the time I'll write all the steps with pics to illustrate so you can really understand.

Yep, I'm right on top of it, Todd!

Wanna go 95" as well; it seems that my 2003 stock cylinders can be enlarged to this size; only thing I would need is a set of larger pistons & rings....

The build is complete. It fired on the first crank and the D&D fatcat with the quiet baffle sounds wicked as can be. The 211 cams and the carb give the bike one of the best lopes I have ever heard! I'll get a video of the sound enxt weekend, I forgot the camera today. The sound tops that of the previous V&H BSS with quiet baffles by a mile, as I am sure the power does too. I'll do the full write up tomorrow if I have time.

This is my bike. Just want to say that I'm VERY happy with the conversion. 95ci, S/E 211 cams and D&D FatCat 2-into-1 exhaust. Thanks very much to Larry for all he did, and also to Drew for his help with this build. It's a Wide Glide, BTW, not a Super Glide, but that makes no difference.

Put 125 miles on today, varying conditions - freeway, Pacific Coast Highway, lots of twisties. Bike feels great, especially in the canyons. More power and low-end grunt, don't have to downshift as much as well. Those cams were a good pick

It's still running just a bit rich, backfires a bit when I'm coasting downhill, so will lean it down a quarter turn or so.
