New Bullet headlight and signal bar WIRING HELP!!!
Just got the new signal bar from Pro-one and a bullet headlight.
Upon looking at the wiring for the headlight, the stock light has three wires, and the bullet has two. ???????
Now the signals http://www.pro-one.com/v/vspfiles/photos/401720-2.jpg
have only two wires coming out of the bar and there is at least two wires on the stock signals.
I'm confused. I'm not good when it comes to electrical confusion, but if I know how to wire it i can do it.
ANy help is appreciated
thanks

One is a ground and I bet your headlight ground through the mount. Just be sure thier is a ground wire from your tree's to the frame neck or one that comes from the harness to the trees. Mine is located on the upper right plate behind the screw that holds the front brake line. If you open up you light bucket I bet you will find a 3rd wire going from your bulb plug to the housing. Thats my guess.

If you open up the headlight it will have the ground wire hooked to the shell. What I did when I installed mine was that since pretty much all headlights use the same bulb I pulled all of the wires out of my stock headlight and used them in the bullet headlight so that I could just plug it into my harness. That is a lot better than cutting and splicing. You just have to pull the pins out of the bulb socket then pull the wires out of the bucket. Same goes for the bullet light.
