Default Converting rear turn signal lights to marker + turn

Hi all,
I have a '93 FXDL, I'd like to convert the rear turn signals to marker light/turn signal combo, for nighttime visibility. Is it as simple as installing dual-filament fixtures, or are there other wiring modifications I need to make? These will be standard bulbs, not LED.

THanks!

I used the HD Turn Signal Module 91698-99 (and put red lens in place of the amber on the directionals) and they run as directionals and brake lights.

There is another module, either HD or Kuryakyn that lets you run them as brake, running, and directional. That would require dual filament bulbs and red lens. Sorry don't have part #'s but other members likely do.

I think the kit bigdaddy33 is talking about is this one:

H-D Aux Running, Brake Light, Turn Signal Kit p/n: 69463-06

Get the kit. It's by far the easiest way to do it. And they're usually all over ebay pretty cheap.
