Nice looking right-side-drive, fat-tire Softail with what appears to be a V-Rod front end ....

This is the most popular 'style' of custom here in Europe... you can see a few of them at every meetup.

Default RH belt drive?

How did the belt drive get over to the righthand side of the bike or am I just dreaming?

Aftermarket transmission ... or just a conversion kit ... maybe a Baker, or Ultima or some such ... do a google search for Harley RHD transmission and you'll see how it's done ...

A little pricey though ... just 'gu-estimating' probably a $750 - $3,000 mod ... depending on whether you go with a conversion kit or full replacement trans ....
