Default 2010 FXDWG 103" BB SE204 Build

Just got it back from the tuner. Quite a bit more than stock and it is a bit louder than expected. Ill have to get used to that. Has a loping Idle that i love. I did notice a bit of popping and occasional back fire on Decel off freeway though. My old carb bike did that but I thought the FI didnt. So far Im happy. Has thunderheder, SE103" BB, SE204, PM A/C, Ricor's front and rear,& Jagg cooler.

How do like the SE204? The SE255 is very popular, so I was curious about your selection. I'm thinking of dropping cams in this winter.

Something looks wrong with your stock curve.

that was stock map with all parts installed. before the tune. didnt have a baseline with the stock setup. wish I did.

To early to tell how much I like em. The idle sounds real good and seems to have the oomf i was looking for.

That dyno looks pretty good. How is the seat-of-the-pants feel?

I agree about the idle, it's nice to get the twinkie motors sounding a bit more like a proper Harley.

Either way, you'll get a nice boost compared to the stock cams. I think the 255s work pretty well in 96" motors at stock compression. Some guys with 103 motors run into detonation issues and hot start problems with the 255 cams. I've got ACRs in my bike, and wasn't worried about the starting problems, but I felt that there was a bit more performance to be had with something other than the 255s.

Thanks for the info! I don't plan on installing the 103, so if the SE255 works best with a stock 96, then that's what I'll most likely get.

SE-204 is a great cam for the 96". I grabbed 91hp and 109tq with the SE-204 from a 96".
