smart siren kit on '10 wg.. disarming issues
So it's been a week or two with the smart siren kit installed w/the pager, and I must say i was extremely pleased with the install of the siren, it plugged in and everything just worked. I only had to mate the two-way pager with the siren.
However, I cover the bike on sunday and go to take it out this morning to ride to work.. guess what? my alarm refuses to disengage and I probably woke up my entire block at 5am. soo, i'm guessing it's one of these:
1 - the security system key fob isnt talking to the alarm any longer(i didnt try my other fob yet)
2 - The Siren is fubar and isnt being told to disarm by the ecu/alarm
3 - The keyfob battery is dead(will replace the battery and also try the other fob as mentioned above)
Anyone got anything else?

I had a loose connection to my battery post and my alarm sounded due to the disruption of main power to the alarm. I had to remove the alarm battery to get the alarm to stop sounding (FOB would not work). I tightened my battery post connection and the alarm problem never happened again.
