Default Fork question

I was looking on custom chromes site and seen they had +3 degree rake cups to go in the steering stem. My question is if I do that will I need to change out the forks a longer length???

I have three degree trees installed on my bike and am using the stock tubes.

I did the 3 degree cups on my fatbob trees with two inches understock fxd forks, but I have a 21 on the front. It changes slow turns, but feels much the same otherwise

It rides the same to me. You will have a wider turning radius because you are moving the front wheel farther away from the bike. But not all that much. I am also running a 21" wheel.
