Default New seat for my 2010 Wide Glide

I got to buy a new seat for my Wide Glide. My wife hates the stock seat. I am kind of leaning to a sundowner seat but I really don't like the size of it. If you got a conforable seat that your lady likes please post some pictures if you got them.

thanks for your help.

Mine is the smooth styling (H.D. part# 51404-10) & the slipover passenger backrest pad (H.D. part# 51732-10) & my girlfriend loves it..

My wife likes the Mustang Vintage passenger pads (wide and regular). I'm waiting for both of them to come in the mail now, so that she can test them side by side. I'm also testing both the regular and wide front Vintage seats out. Then we're just going to keep the two we like, and return the other two to Mustang.

I'm kind of crossing my fingers hoping she doesn't wanna keep the wide rear...but we'll see. Oh well. It's only going to be on their maybe 5% of the time anyway. I usually ride solo.

My girlfriend ADORES the Corbin Dual Tour on my Fat Bob. I do too, best seat I have had on a motorcycle ever. Expensive, but worth it if you can swing it. And you have to like FIRM seats (I hate SOFT ones).

I have the HD sidekick with a custom design on it and don't really care to much for the ride and my wife hates the little "wannabe backseat" as she calls it.

I went with the Harley Touring seat 51472-06 and hardware 51676-97A. It is REALLY comfortable for the 2 up riding and long hauls, and comes off in seconds when not needed.

Just a thought. Mounting it might be a bear though.

My wife hated the seat on my lowrider. I got the Touring seat from someone on this site about 6 months ago. It was much higher than the stock seat so I had to change out the sissy bar so the back pad would support her back in the right spot. Then we went to the HD store and got her a new helmet, jacket and shirt. I wish I could report what she thinks now, but she has not been on it since before all the purchases.

Happily married 22 years and counting and counting and counting . . .
