Default Torque specs help

Just bought my first Harley, 08 FXDC Dyna Super Glide Custom. Im in the middle of installing forward controls. I started the "long way" then read the "work around" in a post on this forum... sneak a hacksaw blade behind the primary chain case housing and cut the splined shaft off. That saved me about $100 and probably 3 days of waiting on a sprocket locking tool, Im not a big fan of waiting around when I could be getting something accomplished. Now Im waiting on the manual to come in and was hoping to find some help on here. I need the torque specs for the chain tensioner bolts, the primary cover bolts and the six 10mm clutch bolts (and if there is a tightening sequence)

This is for 04 Softail. chain tensioner bolt 21-29 ft lbs...... the primary cover bolts 108-120 in lbs -- start bottom center then top center and alternate up and down to left and then back to center up and down to the right..... six 10mm clutch bolts alternate 90-110 in lbs
