That's my 2cents..
This is good advice, running the CLB tables too high, will soot up the O2 sensors and cause more problems down the road. (If you are running in closed loop)

Certainly not at cruise, WOT perhaps, maybe idle (thats where you feel the most heat and when the engine temps climb rapidly). 13.8 or less across the board and it will be a fuel hog. You would have terrible mpg and foul those plugs pretty quick.. I would think.

You may want to double check what the aftermarket is saying.
