Default I went APE!! Carlini Design

Just installed My new 14" Carlini Flying Apes.
I rode once a friend's softail with 16" apes and they felt quite high!!
Though it looked Bad @ss it didn't feel right... So i went with the 2" lower ones.
In the company's site those apes seem to be narrow at base but when i got them they weren't so...narrow.
So i was worried how they would look on my FXDC with midglide triple trees. But the result is quite nice. And now i do not think i have to go with the wide glide ones!
Anyway i'm 6,1 and my hands are just a little over my shoulders which make the apes quite comfy!!
All cables inside apes and new high pressure cables for clutch-brake and gas!!

Nice! I like the piston risers too. I have the 16"'s on my ride. Just right!

Those look great man! I like how they almost curve backwards. Very clean with the new clutch and throttle cables!

Mustang vintage wide solo and vintage passenger seat.
Exceptional seat! Feels like it has suspensions inside.
But if you go for mustang preffer the one with a driver's backrest!!
it's 2" wider than mine BUT it doesn't look bad!!
i'm 95 Kgrs and a couple more inches would feel better!

As a convert to high bars I like it nice job, you really dont think they will be comfortable until you ride with high bars and its a whole other feel.
