West Coast T-Bars or Street Slammers
#12
To the op, I have the street slammers on my bike in the sig pic., kind of hard to see. I like them, and did'nt have to change any cables or wires on my Lowrider.
I am also considering the WCTbars, Just to see if I want more height on my bars.
Dr V Twin those bars look sweet, I was also looking at the 8 inch.

More to think about...
I'm also kinda going through the same internal debate myself. But there is more to think about. There is a MAJOR difference between the Wild 1s, The West Coast T-Bars, and the HD Street slammer bars: Pull-back. The 8" Wild ones have 11.5" of pullback, vs the WCTs with only 3.5". HUGE difference. It's all about what look you are looking for. As for risers and a drag bar for cheapness, I don't think that that was ever a contender. For me, I want to completely illiminate the riser look. I think the t-bars, whatever brand you use, present a MUCH cleaner look. I think the Burly bars are also worth looking at. Especially the "XX" as it uses HUGE 1.5" bars. Amazing!
For me, I have the added concern of rake. I ride a '10 Wde Glide, and stock, it has more rake than most HDs. I looked at the Street Slammers, and I think that if I use them, they will actually slam in to my tank at full turn. Absolutely CAN NOT happen! With the rake, riser height pushes the bars toward my face more than actually up, and pull back is really a factor of pull-down. Obviously, most HDs don't have this concern because they have a pretty standard rake across most models.
For this reason, I am leaning toward the WCTs myself. And man they look sharp!
