Riding Hard? 60-75 mph? Thats about the posted speed limit. When I ride hard going through Western Maryland I usually run at 75 - 90 mph.

Mine is a 110" also, with "some work", not just air filer, pipes, fuel processor.

I have done better than that on my much smaller 80 inch Evo. But not with a 230 lb wife on the back.

I always get about 45 mpg. Doesn't seem to matter if I drive 50 or 80.

I don't ride a Harley for gas mileage, only reason I ever check is so I know how far I can stretch a tank.
Who cares, and as others have noted, 60-75 is not riding hard, that is a Sunday cruise.

Ah, it's fun to do the math. That and balancing my bank account is the only math I do!

Fuel mileage calculated from one tankful is completely meaningless. There is no way you can be sure you filled it to the same level, for one thing.

I record every fuel stop. Since I bought my bike it has averaged 45mpg.
