I think mine have been on the bike 3 years or so and I've had no problems at all. I have spilled gas on the tank and it hasn't messsed up the striping.

Here's a close up of the rear fender...

The artwork was done by Sonny Boy
Your pin striping looks awesome. The colors really work well with your bags.

Finding a pin stripper that good is far and few between.
It would be worth the 2,500 mile ride to Long Beach to
just to have it done if that’s where you got it.

NICE, love them all. Classy and timeless. Truly a work of art assuming they were not put on with a stencil. I like all pinstripes (stencil or not) but free hand work is skill not all painters have. Heck anybody can buy a stencil and lay down a perfectly symmetrical design.

Here is a crappy phone pic of my 06 FXDBI with "Pinstripes by LG". It was all done free hand, 100% free form art.You can catch him at shows in the Los Angeles,CA/Ventura area. I will replace the pics with better ones as soon as I learn how to take a decent pic with my camera. The paint is flat gunmetal grey metallic by Hot Rod Flatz but I have not been able to get a decent picture yet.
