Default Tank lift and fuel amount

Since the fuel filler hole is raised up say 3", I wonder if the total amount of gas in the tank is less than what would be in there compared to a no-lift tank.
Probably a just small amount. But fuel prices keep dropping so it wouldn't matter anyway I guess.

Doesn't seem to make a difference to me. I've got a 3" lift phrom RudeDog, and the amount of phuel and mileage haven't changed. Although the low phuel light does come on a bit earlier now.

No changes for me either...Except maybe early light. But then it seems to comes on and goes off when it wants.

I have a 2 1/4" lift and a fuel gauge on mine and I've noticed a slight difference in the way the gauge reads, i.e. I get about another 20 miles after it hits "E" and I've got to switch to reserve, but I've also noticed I'm still getting the same 200 miles per tank.
