Default Chrome pipes, black slip-ons???

Have any of you seen someone with black slip-ons without a full black exhaust installed? I finally decided that I want the Rinehart slip-ons, but the only ones that I can find are in black.
I am very interested in your opinions on whether you have seen this, and what you think of the look.
I know the final decision is up to me and I should not care what other people think, but I am curious.
Thoughts?
Thanks!

A buddy has black slip-ons on his Street Glide and it looks good with the Chrome head pipes on it.

i have done it and seen it on customers bikes. to me it looks un finished like they could not afford the whole black or chrome so they pieced stuff together, to me i hate the look... but then again that is just my opinion of course

I have the reverse....black heat shields and chrome mufflers. I like mine though I'm about ready to do something drastic. Depends how much money I can scrape up.

I put the rinehart black slip ons on my 2008 Super Glide Custom 105th Anniversary. The Anniversary kinda has a black and chrome thing going and I thought I would try it.I think it looks badass. I'll try to post a pic when I get home.
