So I have been toying with the thought of having the Fatbob painted and finally pulled the trigger on it. The pictures make it look blue but it actually has just a light coat of blue flake sprayed on it, so it looks blue and black at the same time. My wife has the tins to her Fatboy there as well getting painted but its going to be quite girly, so I wont go there. It still needs wet sanded and buffed to be done, I pick them up tomorrow afternoon and will have them on tomorrow evening so more photos to come. Also if someone has a couple of pics with how the tail light assembly goes back in I would appreciate it, as I cant remember how it goes...LOL...

The blue and silver look great together. I you don't have a service manual, I think you can download one for the Fat Bob for free or at least refer to it..the site is torrentdownloads.net to get info on putting the taillight back in. good luck
