Thanks for all the info...figured the codes weren't relevant.

I checked the battery and the connections were a little loose, so we'll see how that helps. And I found a couple local stations that can legally sell ethanol free super...so I'll be refueling soon.

Does anyone know if running "politically correct fuel" (ethanol dosed) would cause or contribute to this?

I think the codes applied to all electronic ignition models, ECM / ECU not just EFI.
