Default t bars for 5'6 19" arms?

I am getting ready to buy a set of west coast t bars. Either 12" or 14". I have a 2009 super glide and the stock bars are comfortable, but i want some more height and i like the t bars. I have 19" arms from pit to wrist and i want the bars to be about shoulder height. Does any know what the pullback is on these with the rake? My back is pretty straight with the stock bars and i do not want to have to hunch or lean with the t bars. Any help is appreciated guys. Thanks

im 6'1" and i only use the 12's

you shorter guys must be reachin high fro the 14's. maybe that would feel cool,
12's feel just perfect for me.

the taller the bars the closer they are to the rider but they are higher up. the bars follow the same angle as the front-end. i have tens and have to reach farther than with the 14's on my buddys dyna. i believe the pullback on westcoast t bars is 3.5"?
