Default Finally put on my new tires

Well the ending mileage on my SE 180 was 13,500 miles. I had about 10K on the front which wore kind of funny so I replaced it also.

Took 330 mile hard ride sunday and while the tire still handled good that day, I didnt want to ride it anymore after looking at it when I got home.

Went for a test ride today and its amazing how new tires feel. The bike is alot smoother and response alot quicker. Put new brake pads all around as well while I had it apart.

Had no intentions of running the tire that long, it has been in my garage for almost 2 months but when I had time to mess with it I rode instead.

On my cheap mans lift

Cleaned up when I got done

I just put a new rear tire on mine. Got about 12k miles on it. I was getting scared to ride it too at the end. Gonna go get a front one next. I pre-paid my maintenance, but I am moving to TX. It won't transfer so I am gonna have them put on everything I have coming to me. New tire, brakes, 15k mile service.

Great looking bike man! I dig it.
Glad some new shoes helped the ride.

It's been said before, but your bike is absolutely awesome, and I don't even usually like a huge amount of chrome

ballsy lift you rigged there. How bad were you sweatingit that the bike would tip while you were pulling that rear tire?

Thats a lot of miles out of the SE 180... nice to hear! Heard some people say 6-8K, what air pressure did you run in the back.

The clean rear fender looks great. I like the way your seat flows with the lines of the bike as well. If you don't mind, who makes that seat and what model is it?
