Default handlebar question

whats up my fellow riders. i was at the dealer today and was looking at some bikes and a question popped in my head. does anyone know if the fat bob handlebars will fit an 09 lowrider? i think i like the look of the drag bars (i guess you could call them that) on the fat bob. the reason i am asking is because i am not sure if the instrument light thingy on my handlebars will fit on a set of regualr drag bars. with the fatbob bars, i can keep my risers and all and be able to run the wires internally. any help guys would be greatly appreciated. thanks

you wouldn't be able to re use your risers. they are specific to the fat bob bar combo.
I went with 10" t drag bars straight riser.
I did a speedo re-locate with a different speedo bracket and an Accutronix clamp.
Stock low rider bars aren't that bad man.
another way to go is to get nightster bars or v rod night rod bars and risers and go that way

Agreed - Nightster bars are a quick easy upgrade and so much better , and they have almost the same hand position as the street slammers.

thanks for the advice. i agree that the lowrider bars arent that bad, but for some reason, i want to see what my bike would look like witht he straight bars on it. arent the nightster bars somewhat like the lowriders? anyways, i found these on the harley website, part # 55975-08A but it says they only fit up to an 05 lowrider on the website, they dont have any handlebars that will fit anything newer than an 05 lowrider. any ideas on some other place that has handlebars similar to thses?

I would say get a catalog and check out flanders bars or something along those lines - when all else fails try a search on the site and see what comes up.
