Soft compounds too, low mileage (<3000) can be expected.
I found a range of 700-800 lb rated cruiser tires for these size applications by a company named Shinko.

We use their tires for road racing and Drag racing as well. We had no issues with balance /failures/ and so on. good looking too. Its the Shinko 005 series. Check em out.

I believe the skinny 21 and fat 17 do look proper and with additional rake will look fine on a street bob. Just not with the 120 size front tire.

Note I said "most of the 17" tires made for the 5.5" rim are for sportbike applications."

I didn't say there weren't tires made for the app, just indicating a limited selection.

Limited matching sizes seems to be the case on many size combos. I ended up with some Metzeler 880s 120/70/21 180/55/18 . Honestly I was truly bummed out that the Shinko tires skipped the 180 and even the 200 size rear in the 005 18inch model. They go from 170 to 240 and skip the whole range in the middle. I would have preferred them as they are Radials for half the price of the Metzeler. I paid 350 for the Metzelers from Eastern Performance Cycles. The Shinkos were only 75 bux shipped for the 120 size front and 100 for the 17 rears. Oh well
