Love this forum - just installed BCT Baffles
Like most decisions on my bike the first thing I did when I decided I wanted to change the sound of my Big Radius pipes was to research here on HD Forums. Bought the BCT QQ baffles. Then when I couldn't get the old baffle out of course I found a multitude of tips by just searching. Put the pipe in the fridge for 30 minutes and then heated it with a mini-torch.
Installed the BCT QQ baffles and the sound is awesome. Roads were wet so no real feel for the power difference but the sound is just what I was looking for. Not so much quieter, but just deeper and more throaty instead of the irritating "blaattt" that came from the stock V&H baffles with less decel popping.
What a great resource this place is!

i agree, all of the mods i have done to my scoot, i have done due to this forum. in addition, other mods that i thought i would like to do, i ended up not doing because of this forum, lol. saved me some money too. i installed the bct baffles on mine a couple of weeks ago, i probably should have gone with qq as the standards are pretty damn loud, lol. i find myself not twisting the throttle hard so frequently as i was. but damn she sounds good!
