I have used Pyramid Powdercoaters in Sun Valley. Had very good results and it is pretty reasonable. Talk to them about how many parts can be done in a "run", if you have lots of small pieces to do.

Don't know what part of L.A. you're coming from, so this might be too far for you...
but I've had great results with Powdercoat Pros in Anaheim. They matched the Vivid Black perfectly. They do have a $50 minimum, but if you can wait a month or so, I'll have some stuff to go and we could split the cost.
