Default Headlight visor ring adds a nice touch

Put on a wide chrome visor ring on the dinky FXDC headlight. Makes a huge difference in the front end. The stock headlight looked too small with a windshield, imo.

Sorry no pics or part numbers, posting from work.

If I can find a longer bucket in chrome that the visor ring will fit should be even better.

Yes they definitely add a nice touch and help with keeping the light ahead of the windshield. You can spend about a hundred bucks at Eastern Performance and get a longer headlight with an integrated visor look if you really want to go with a longer headlight. Click here to see an example.

Speaking of headlight visors, I put on two of the 4 and 1/2" visors on my FXDF twin lights. Not only do I like the look, they reflect some of the light down onto the front fender and forks which brighten up the whole front-end at night.

I also added the trim ring to my headlight, it is a very much needed addition.

Put a visor on my FXD headlight after one foggy night, and the light beams were being directed up by the lense, with the visor all the light goes forward now.
