The exhaust depends some on what style of looks you are going for unless you are looking for more performance than some. But for over all, I am running the Big radius with a SE race tuner and Arlen Ness Big Sucker, Love everything about it.

It is true that a 2 to 1 exhaust will produce more power, BUT if you go with a dual exhaust with a crossover the preform just as well, and in my opinion are not BUT UGLY like a 2 into 1.

fatcat, tts, whatever intake you like the best...IMHO RSD intakes are the best looking on the market and they flow a lot of air!

After much reading I think I am going to take the conservative route first. A good set of slip-on mufflers, A high flow K&N (RK-3931) and a TTS. I think that should satisfy me for the time being and be a little easier on my bank account.

Sounds like a good plan, hope you find your bike as satisfying as I do mine.

You will have a good foundation and if you still find yourself with torque or horsepower envy.... open your wallet and Just throw in the cam and head work, you don't need to throw anything you have away. They would be perfectly adequate to reuse, as many have done with good results.

Actually bought the PCV instead of the TTS. Less expense and also good reviews. Ordered a K&N 63-1125 also. Can't wait for them to come. The Khrome Werks 3" HP plus slip-ons sound great. Nice deep rumble and not too loud. Only thing I can compare them with is Vance&Hines straight shots I had on my Aero Shadow 750. They aren't as loud as those were.
